The article explores the concept of "hunch" in relation to literary analysis and the possibility of finding unexpected likenesses between disparate writers. Drawing on the works of Thomas Wyatt, Frank O'Hara, Lancelot Andrewes, and Gertrude Stein, the author considers the notion of resonance and the role of juxtaposition in creating new perspectives and interpretations.
