- Abstract
The research Knowledge Management and Telematic to Interdisciplinary Research and education (GC-TIDI) observes that college students believe that technology has a direct impact on their academic performance; therefore, the teachers need to have strong capabilities to use and design learning technology. Established by the functional structure of the Universities of México, the activities that researchers carry out include the teaching of their scientific field, although the use and design learning technology takes longer for professionals in social sciences, especially when the technology is not easy to understand. This paper describes how a social research-teaching group designed a ubiquitous learning-researching instrument (TIDI-LAOMS), and it also describes how technological knowledge appropriates with the Action-Research process. The instrument is evidence that technology helps the training of the group and serves as a forum for the observation of its effectiveness. We also considered this instrument as an organization's intellectual capital with copyright.
