- Abstract
The article focuses on an inflammatory dermatosis lichen nitidus with reference to a case of a 13-year-old boy who has asymptomatic papules on his penis. The clinical examination in the boy's case revealed many tiny, smooth, translucent and shiny skin-colored papules affecting all the glans penis and prepuce. The diagnosis is done by lichen nitidus which is an inflammatory dermatosis composed of glistening, skin-colored to slight pink papules. It is informed that lichen nitidus is asymptomatic and resolves without treatment.
