Colorectal cancer with peritoneal spread is frequently a life-limiting disease. This case study describes the diagnostics, surgical resection and subsequent progress of a 60-year-old female with a Krukenberg tumour. This is a metastatic tumour to the ovary that can occur due to a colorectal primary.
