- Abstract
The article presents an examination into the deliberations and decisions surrounding the 2005-2007 U.S. court case Corrie et al. v. Caterpillar, Inc., which addressed liability in the death of the International Solidarity Movement activist Rachel Corrie. Topics addressed include an overview of the case's parties and arguments, the jurisdiction of the Israeli incident under the Alien Tort Statute in U.S. law, and implications of the case on corporate personhood and responsibility.
