- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 43-year-old man who presented with a four-month history of headache associated with recurrent vomiting and was detected to have hydrocephalus. Topics include the findings of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and cytological analysis which led to the diagnosis of diffuse meningeal melanomatosis, how carcinomatous meningitis is diagnosed, and various neurological symptoms caused by diffuse meningeal melanomatosis.
