- Abstract
The article presents a case study of an 84 years old woman who was admitted to the hospital due to continuous central chest pain with breathing movements. Topics discussed include diagnosing patient with hypothyroidism, starting levothyroxine and statin therapy for hypercholesterolemia and weakness of the proximal muscles determined after physical examination.
