The article presents a case study of a 43-year-old man presented with HIV disease during a highly-active antiretroviral therapy for end-stage renal disease. The patient has a history of stenosis in the catheter-associated superior vena cava (SVC) and was admitted to the hospital for progressive dyspnea. The article discusses computed tomography (CT) on the chest, angioplasty, and hemodialysis.
