- Abstract
The article focuses on a study which considered cybernetic economic system as a new paradigm of the virtual organization by modeling partner selection process. It cites the four elemental work frames of the virtual organization as its foundation including connectivity, goal and technology. It discusses various theories concerning virtual organizations. It explores the laws and principles of organization and functioning as specific characteristics of cybernetics, including the law of necessary variation, law of reverse connection and principle of external complementarities, which remain true for the economic organization. Moreover, the six elements of informational and managerial nature in the lifecycle of the virtual organization are identified.
