- Abstract
Keywords: Intraoperative neural monitoring; recurrent laryngeal nerve; electromyography; thyroid cartilage; thyroid surgery We hypothesized that recoding electrodes on outer thyroid cartilage (TC) may provide more stable and reliable EMG signals because vocalis muscles originate from the inner surface of the TC. Intraoperative neural monitoring, recurrent laryngeal nerve, electromyography, thyroid cartilage, thyroid surgery.
