The article reports the decision of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in the case 'Bagwell v. Pennsylvania Department of Education' concerning a conflict of interpretation regarding the application of the Right-To-Know Law (RTKL). Topics discussed include the court's application of the RTKL; statutes and case law relevant to the issues related to RTKL; and the Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law.
