- Abstract
The article discusses a study wherein sugar oxidation and the reductive amination between monoclonal antibody (Mab) and the curcin in ribosome-inactivating proteins (RIPs) were chemically conjugated to construct an immunotoxin against Her2 receptors. Topics discussed include the chemical and biological materials used, the characterization of curcin's physicochemical and biological properties, and the development of antibodies against curcin.
