- Abstract
The article discusses research published in the issue of the journal "Frontiers" which investigated the causal relationship between risk of childhood asthma (CA) and dietary intake of sugars, fats, carbohydrates, proteins, serum antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. The study analyzed the correlation between levels of magnesium and serum vitamin D with increased risk of CA using Mendelian Randomization methodology.
