This scientific article presents an approach to the rights of People with Disabilities (PwD's) and the guarantee that the law provides in the regulation of legal relations in the labor market, based on the assumption that the inclusion of People with Disabilities (PwD's) in the market of Brazilian work, alluding to the complexity inherent to the condition of being disabled and the transformations at a social and organizational level that have occurred over the last few decades. To this end, information is initially presented about Brazilian legislation specifically in Law No. 13,146, of July 6, 2015, which establishes the Brazilian Law for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities (Statute of Persons with Disabilities). In a continuous act, the existing presumptions regarding the subject addressed are discussed, presenting different understandings and classifications, highlighting the importance of the study and its legal nature. Furthermore, an approach was taken regarding the rights of Persons with Disabilities (PwD's), the importance of their insertion and protection in the labor market. It is worth highlighting that the approach method used in the research is scientific in nature, with a historical procedure, using bibliographic research techniques. Thus, there is a lack of a structured project for governance practices that integrate inclusion strategies in the organization, which can make it difficult to comply with the Brazilian Law on the inclusion of Persons with Disabilities (Statute of Persons with Disabilities).
