- Abstract
Combined with the construction background of a tunnel inclined shaft passing through semi-diagenetic rock, the stress of the initial steel member, the stress of the initial concrete support and the stress of the secondary lining structure of the tunnel inclined shaft supporting structure were systematically analyzed by numerical simulation, and then the relevant parameter optimization suggestions were put forward. The results indicate that due to the influence of construction technology, there is a relatively obvious stress concentration phenomenon in the initial support at the joint position of steel members, so the locking pipe shed should be used to strengthen the structure. Due to the influence of the structural corner, the initial concrete may have local tensile cracking phenomenon on the outer surface of the arch foot. In the construction process, stiffener and other forms should be adopted to strengthen the arch joint quality at this part. The initial steel member of the inclined tunnel shaft is not yielding, the initial shotcrete does not produce the transverse joint, and the safety factor of the secondary lining is within the allowable range of the code. The overall reliability of the tunnel supporting structure is guaranteed.
