- Abstract
In order to explore the internal realization mechanism of multi-agent dynamic coupling in existing building green transformation, based on the attributes of existing building energy conservation renovation projects, follow the “general to special” research approach. This paper analyzes and compares the theoretical research trends of existing market operation of building energy conservation renovation at home and abroad from three aspects: market operation mode, subject behavior drive, and benefit distribution and evaluation, demonstrate the value and necessity of multi-agent dynamic coupling mechanism and collaborative strategy research for existing building green renovation. On the basis of considering the complexity of multi-agent dynamic coupling mechanism due to the content process integration, value concept renewal and benefit distribution remodeling of existing building green transformation, research content and implementation plan of multi-agent dynamic coupling mechanism and collaborative strategy for existing building green transformation.
