- Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to examine the Concept of Internal Customer in a service-based SME. The study is based on local and international professional literature and two different but sequential research methods. The results showed that the chosen SME has multiple opportunities to improve their internal service quality, and also revealed that the management should adjust their attitude related to internal customers and internal services. Although the results can not be used generally for all SMEs, the paper has usable findings and easy-to-use research methods for any service-based firm.
