- Abstract
This article argues that feminist rights analysis should broaden and diversify its reach to include the rights talk from the everyday lives of different women. The article suggests that women's rights should be looked at as part of general legal practices. Why women's rights should be discussed, feminism and rights scholarship, postmodernism, pluralism, feminist politics, and women's rights as practices, is discussed in the article.
