Title
Mysterious ball lightning.
Abstract
The article examines the image of luminous shapes produced by magnetic field of long lightning strokes as highlighted by a study by physicists Josef Peer and Alexander Kendl published in the "Physics Letters A." The luminous shapes, also known as phosphenes, have properties as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) as explained. It is stated that ball lightning may not be classified as lightning phosphenes.
