- Abstract
The health sector is one of the service sector areas that does not lose its importance and constantly gains value due to its focus on "people". In this regard, research on the working lives of healthcare professionals, who are the main actors of the healthcare industry, maintains its importance in the literature. This research was conducted to make predictions about the employee welfare of healthcare workers in Türkiye. The research is quantitative research in survey design. The "Employee Well-Being Scale", consisting of 4 dimensions and 25 items adapted to Turkish by Yüksel and Yılık (2022), was used as a data collection tool in the study. The sample of the research is 3539 healthcare professionals working in the healthcare sector in Türkiye. Statistical techniques were used in the analysis of the data obtained from the research. According to research findings, The dimension in which the welfare level of healthcare workers is lowest is the workplace well-being dimension. Then, in order of lowestness; It has been determined that subjective well-being, social well-being and psychological well-being are followed by dimensions. In addition, it was concluded that there were significant differences between the welfare levels and demographic characteristics of healthcare workers regarding the Employee Well-Being Scale and its dimensions.
