- Abstract
Macrovascularity of fibroids can be quantified by two- (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) power Doppler (PD) by a colour score (CS) or vascular index (VI), respectively. MVF VI and MVF CS correlated (very) strongly (preliminary results: total fibroid r = 0.774; centre r = 0.869; capsule r = 0.722; all p < 0.05). Preliminary results vary between ICC 0.872 (95% CI 0.733-0.939) in 2DPD CS of the entire fibroid to ICC 0.996 (95% CI 0.990-0.998) in MVF VI of the entire fibroid.
