- Abstract
In 38/46 (82.6%) patients we had information concerning outcome:25/38 (65.8%) had BV outcome including the patient with prenatal intervention, 13 (34.2%) had nonBV outcome including 2 patients with 1.5-circulation. There were significant more cases with VCAC within the nonBV outcome group and significant more with TI in the BV outcome group. VCAC are associated with nonBV outcome but prenatal diagnosis is challenging and VCAC do not preclude BV outcome.
