- Abstract
With the development of society, various risk factors leading to heart failure have gathered and become the primary issue affecting global public health. In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that coenzyme Q10 can effectively promote the energy metabolism of cardiomyocytes and has a highly effective antioxidant function. Therefore, coenzyme Q10 has achieved a wide range of applications in various diseases, especially in the treatment of heart failure has a certain medicinal value. The purpose of this article is to study the effectiveness of coenzyme Q10 nanoliposomes in the treatment of heart failure. This article first introduces the extraction method of coenzyme Ql0 and the preparation method of nanoliposomes, and then analyzes the predisposing factors, disease status and related treatment methods of heart failure. This article focuses on the effectiveness of coenzyme Q10 nanoliposomes in the treatment of heart failure, and systematically expresses the effectiveness of the treatment from the perspective of heart failure-related organs. Finally, it elaborated on the relevant suggestions for diet and exercise in the process of treating heart failure. On this basis, the study analyzed the effectiveness of coenzyme Q10 nanoliposomes in the treatment of heart failure. The specific analysis was carried out from the extraction method of coenzyme Q10, the preparation method of nanoliposomes and the effectiveness of the treatment. Experimental research results show that coenzyme Ql0 has the highest drug treatment effectiveness in the treatment of heart organs, which is 94.87%, and the effectiveness of surgical treatment is 90.64%; coenzyme Ql0 has the highest drug treatment effectiveness in the treatment of liver organs, which is 89.51%, the effectiveness of surgical treatment is 85.39%; the effectiveness of coenzyme Ql0 in the treatment of renal organs is 88.73%, and the effectiveness of surgical treatment is 92.45%. All in all, the effectiveness of coenzyme Ql0 in the treatment of heart failure is relatively high.
