Tourette syndrome, ADHD, and the limbic system: investigating the pathophysiology.
- Authors

- Abstract
The author comments on a study which examined the hypothesis that amygdala volumes are different in children with Tourette syndrome (TS) and their age-matched healthy group using high resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). He suggests that study researchers analyze morphology changes in the amygdala. He also recommends researchers to examine if such changes are causal factor for TS development.
