Dear Editor, A 26-year-old female presented with a six-month history of a slowly enlarging asymptomatic solitary elevated lesion over the left forearm. On immunohistochemistry, the lymphocytes stained positive for CD3, CD4, and CD20 and expressed both kappa and lambda light chain immunoglobulin (Fig. (f) Immunohistochemistry showing positive staining for lambda light chain immunoglobulin (IHC, ×200) gl Acral pseudolymphomatous angiokeratoma of children (APACHE) is a distinct type of pseudolymphoma and commonly presents as acral keratotic angiomatous papules and nodules in children.
