- Abstract
The article presents a case study of an adult man with multiple painful lesions in the oral and nasal mucosa. Physical examination of the patient showed two deep ulcerations on the dorsal and lateral surface of the tongue, one on the buccal mucosa, and one in the left nostril. The patient was treated with oral prednisone with topical preparation containing dexamethasone sodium phosphate and lidocaine hydrochloride.
