- Abstract
The author explores his views on the influence of Canadian literary editor Milton Wilson over the production and consumption of poetry in English-speaking Canada. Topics discussed include Wilson's work with various poets whom he counseled, criticized, published and aided, the correspondence he had with such poets as Milton Acorn and Patrick Anderson, and the quantity of the verse whose publication he made possible including the 1,980 poems that appeared in the "Canadian Forum" magazine.
