Daniel Heath Justice ( I Tsalagihi Ayeli) i is a Professor of First Nations and Indigenous Studies, and English, at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. By connecting diverse Indigenous literatures together, Justice celebrates both the differences and similarities of Indigenous peoples around the world, with a primary focus on Turtle Island. Explicitly and implicitly, Justice demonstrates how he is shaped by, with, and through relationships with Indigenous peoples from numerous distinct nations, tribes, and communities.
