- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 69-year-old man underwent cardiac surgery for a thoracic aortic aneurysm duodenal diverticulum was revealed on preoperative computed tomography (CT) because he had no symptoms, cardiac surgery was performed as scheduled. It mentions that the clinical feature of noniatrogenic duodenal perforation requiring PD was considered to be the presence of retroperitoneal fluid collection.
