Boston Medical Center Corp. regarding the invasion of privacy, breach of confidentiality, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, negligent supervision, and breach of implied contract. It mentions that the recognition of risk of harm for the injury sufficient to warrants for the medical data breaches in class actions under the privacy rule of the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Privacy Act.
