The article reports the U.S. Eleventh Circuit court case " Wollschlaeger v. Governor of Florida." It informs that the case came to the court as health care practitioners, and various Florida chapters of medical professional organizations sued the Governor of Florida and state officials for enacting the Firearm Owners' Privacy Act. It mentions that the act protects firearm owners' privacy by prohibiting medical professionals from asking about gun ownership.
