- Authors
Navarro-Tejero, Antonia
- Abstract
The article presents an interview with author and activist Vandana Shiva. When asked about the word feminism, she says it began to mean something to her when she saw people writing that feminism was done, having finished its work, which she finds obviously untrue. She says globalization is destroying the livelihoods of people in India, leaving women destitute and forcing them into prostitution. She also discusses her involvement with protesting the privatization of drinking water resources.
