- Abstract
Indonesia still lacks entrepreneurs and is experiencing a rise in unemployment due to the current pandemic. Addressing this issue requires increasing the number of entrepreneurs using a business incubator. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze stakeholders' involvement, KPIs results, financial feasibility, and sustainability strategy for a business incubator. Furthermore, it was conducted on Bright Cube, a business incubator organized by IPB University. The study involved 286 participants in 58 affiliated and own-brand business groups and adopted descriptive, stakeholder, and ROTI analyses, as well as the house model. The data used is secondary data regarding funds, omzet, profit, and KPIs were analyzed and showed that each pentahelix stakeholder was involved in the program. Own-brand business groups perform better on KPIs. Furthermore, affiliated business groups in the food and beverage, service, and fashion sectors have good feasibility. The own-brand business groups achieved a good score in the fashion and artistic sectors. The Bright Cube program's ROTI result was 314%, meaning it could run again by developing a sustainability strategy with motivation as the cornerstone.
