- Abstract
The article focuses on effective aggressiveness and the treatment of aggressive behavior in the context of mixed-martial arts (MMA) in comparison to the balance of the formal Canadian legal landscape. Topics include anti-bullying legislation, and its treatment of aggressive behavior, as a counterexample to the treatment of aggressive behavior within the MMA regulatory framework, and the decriminalization of MMA stated to have altered the regulatory landscape in Canada.
