Maggiorelli(), Lorenzo
- Abstract
The big question of China's aid being unconditional is here addressed exhaustively by Tudoriou, and the answer is clear: China's aid comes with several different types of conditionalities that can no longer be ignored. Since the idea of China's unconditionality is a recurrent idea in recent literature about the topic, this book is particularly welcomed at a moment when China is expanding its international cooperation in Latin America and the Caribbean.
