- Abstract
The article focuses on the Ngaanyatjarra Language Project, a collection of audiovisual materials documenting the work of linguists Amee Glass and Dorothy Hackett with the Ngaanyatjarra people as part of an aborigines mission in Warburton, Western Australia. They were sent to Warburton by the United Aborigines Mission in 1963. They translated the New Testament into Ngaanyatjarra which was published by the Bible Society in 1991. The collection includes language recordings, traditional songs and dance of women, and Christian songs.
