The article discusses the need for courts to establish uniform remedial scheme for undocumented workers in the U.S. Topics discussed by the author include the background of law in relation to undocumented workers, highlighting the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA), the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), existing federal court determinations on remedial measures under the said laws, and employer's liability for discrimination and mistreatment.
