The article presents information on Samuel Chase who was the only justice of the Supreme Court in the U.S. to be accused that gained him popularity. It states that Chase was an enthusiastic Federalist supporter and a violent judge who is anti-Jeffersonian. It mentions several of his perspectives which includes the requisites of the law rules, the power assignation between the judge and jury, reviews of the judiciary and federal supremacy was considered approved and became part of the "American Judicial Tradition."
