- Title
The New Commerce Clause Doctrine in Game Theoretical Perspective.
- Authors
Stearns, Maxwell L.
- Abstract
The article focuses on the construction of a new methodology that will be used in assessing the Commerce Clause contained in the U.S. Constitution. This demands the existence of an authoritative body that will aid in the implementation of an interstate commerce policy. The importance of the Commerce Clause is demonstrated through various cases cited including Katzenbach v. McClung and Heart of Atlanta Motel v. United States. Meanwhile, it criticizes some doctrinal issues under the regulation.
