The article presents a case study of a 59-year-old male patient with palpitations and a systolic murmur grade 3/6 heard at the tricuspid area. The patient was diagnosed with a giant right atrium dissecting aneurysm, initially mimicking Ebstein's anomaly, and was successfully treated through surgical procedures.
