The article discusses several cases related on acute thrombotic occlusion in an apparently healthy coronary artery. It mentions the case of a 52-year-old male patient who was diagnosed with acute inferolateral ischemia wherein his coronary angiography showed an acute occlusive thrombose. It cites the case of a 57-year-old male patient diagnosed with acute inferior and poster lateral ischemia.
