- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 62-year-old man, diagnosed with end-stage renal failure (ESRF) and history of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery, was admitted to the hospital for complaint of retrosternal angina after his hemodialysis session. The patient underwent physical examination and coronary angiography which revealed moderate stenosis of its left anterior descending artery (LA). The article also discusses the risks of complications on CABG surgery.
