- Abstract
The article focuses on question of why recognizing the exhaustion doctrine is important for the emergent right to repair and implications of exhaustion for implementing the right to repair. It mentions challenge to the right to repair arising from technology protection measures (TPMs) that block repair. It also mentions right to repair's roots in the exhaustion doctrine can address the challenge of TPMs and continue the tradition of this critical right.
