The article discusses the case of a 22-year-old male who presented with increased somnolence, dullness and anorexia of 4 days duration. The patient was prescribed antihistaminic and steroid nasal spray for allergic rhinitis, but he developed sleepiness and altered sensorium. He took oral hydrocortisone and he is almost living normal life after 4 years of treatment.
