The article presents case studies of two patients with primary spinal cord glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). It is inferred that GBM is an extremely rare medical condition constituting about three percent of intramedullary spinal cord neoplasms. The management of GMB includes surgical resection, radiotherapy and prophylactic cranial irradiation.
