The article discusses how governments can prepare for hacktivism. Topics covered include the practice of doxing, the hacktivist group Anonymous and how it assaults its targets, and the preparedness of Missouri for hacktivism under the guidance of its chief information security officer Michael Roling. FireEye state and local government sales vice president Bret Brasso said the U.S. legal system's means, opportunity and motive device is a useful starting point for understanding hacktivists.
