- Authors
JØRGENSEN, Per M.
- Abstract
The article offers the author's insights on the study conducted by D. C. Lindsay on the type of Antarctomia subcoralloides (AAS) lichen, which proved to be Protopannaria austro-orcadensis and not Vahliella leucophaea. The author says that he found a well-developed specimen of Arctomia delicatula from the collections sent to him by doctor William R. Buck. He adds that the species were described from Northern Hemisphere and Norway which are added to his bipolar element in the lichen biota.
