- Abstract
Communications have evolved tremendously and swept e-commerce in all developed countries and some international companies and institutions around the world to make the Internet as a global electronic market from which to shop. The confidence and security of the parties to the e-contract is one of the first things that must be available in electronic contracts. In view of the fact that these contracts are characterized by the lack of effective convergence between the parties to the relationship, and in order to have this confidence in the parties to the contract. it is necessary to have a neutral third party whose task is to protect the electronic contract from manipulation by others, and this party is the ratification of the signature. The aim of the research is to identify the certificate of electronic certification in accordance with the law of electronic signature and electronic transactions in Iraq and the comparative law, where we dealt in the first section in this research on what the certificate of electronic certification and the data it contains, and then explained in the second section on the legal effects A number of recommendations have been made in line with those conclusions.
