- Authors
MacRury, King
- Abstract
The article analyzes absenteeism and employee opinion polls to solve management's problems concerning worker attitude. Through absence records it is possible for the management to keep track of employee morale. Opinion polls can also provide valuable information that absence records cannot give. Employee opinion polls are made to determine worker attitude, and performance records are examined for reflection of attitude. The opinion of employees is now being used for the styling, presentation, and administration of company policies.
