- Abstract
With the continuously increasing demand for data communication capacity, microwave photonics technology has promising application potential in the future development of broadband satellite communication. To suppress the multiple nonlinearities of the broadband multi-carrier microwave photonic link, an effective digital linearization method is proposed. In the scheme, the nonlinear compensation is carried out in the digital domain, then the suppression of the nonlinearities of the broadband multi-carrier microwave photonic system is realized successfully, including the third-order intermodulation distortions and the cross modulation distortions. The experiment shows that the proposed method is effective.
